The Clients of this Consulting Company include GIANT NAMES – including – US Air Force, US Navy, FBI USA, WHO, World Trade Centre, Abu Dhabi Government and Malaysian Government. He is a Chartered Engineer with over three decades of professional profile in Construction, Manufacturing, Global Logistics, Materials and Marketing. B. Tech. (Honours), Mechanical Engineering. He is the practical Industry Interface of AKS INDIA. He has over 30 years of Senior Managerial Experience in Mumbai, India and in 3 Gulf Countries.

He has been the Advisor for a leading Private Industry Association – SME Chamber of India, Mumbai – which is a pioneer Organization having tens of thousands of Industry Members.

Mr. Hariharan is the Industry Interface of AKS INDIA Team.

Mentoring has been his passion. He has been the originator of AKS INDIA ideas. The IDEA of Purposeful Mentoring for consistent Growth of Mentees – has been well-supported by all the other Team Members whole-heartedly.

Smt. O V Usha – Chief Mentor

Smt. O V Usha (popularly known in the whole of Kerala as Usha Chechi) is elderly and a Saintly Soul. Her details can be seen in abundance in Google and other Media. She is the sister of famous Malayalam Writer Late Shri. O V Vijayan.

Smt. O V Usha was with TATA McGraw Hill Publishing Co., and Vikas Publishers as the Editor. She also worked as the Director (Publishing) of M G University of Kerala Govt. She is a PG in English from Delhi University. She is also a Multiple Award Winning Malayalam Poet and Novelist.

She is competent to handle any level of Mentees, and address to their concerns in Personal, Professional and Social ambits.

Smt. Prabha Menon – Chief Operating Officer

Smt. Prabha Menon is to take over as COO of AKS INDIA. Her competency is Academic Education, Professional Education, Training and making things happen in a smooth manner. She will be the one to handle the AKS INDIA WEBINAR Programs.

Smt. Prabha Menon is a Double PG – in English and in Psychology. She is Trained by British Council and is a JCI accredited Trainer. She is also the Senior Professor and Students Counsellor of IES Engineering College, Thrissur, Kerala, India.
