  • Male Mentors will Mentor Boys and Female Mentors will Mentor Girls – as far as possible
  • Week-end One-to-One sessions will be done at Wadakanchery, Thrissur Dt., Kerala
  • One-to-One sessions are subject to minimum number of participant Registrations

Peer Mentoring – Mentoring Clubs in Colleges

  • We will Advice connected Colleges to Start Mentoring Clubs
  • In this process, Seasoned Senior Students will Mentor their Juniors
  • It will make a Healthy Habit and Culture in the College
  • The process will be supervised by the College and us
  • Mentoring Clubs will work as de-facto “Placement Clubs”
  • Good Peers are the BEST companions in Growth
  • Difficult times are part of Life and Good Friends help us tide-over crises

Mentoring by College Professors

  • We will share good equations with Colleges
  • And we will “invite active participation of Professors” to Mentor their Students

Online Internship

  • We will support Students to do at least 1 Online Internship per Semester
  • This is done to make Interviews an easier Walk-Over for Students
  • Students can do Online Internships in Qualitative and Academic Lines
  • Students shall carry 4 or 5 Internship Report Books while attending Interviews
  • If the Interviewers like the “Internship Titles”, many questions will be based on them
  • Obviously, the outcome of the Interview will most likely be “Positive”
  • We will Post possible Internship Themes in our Website

On-the-Job Internship

  • This is done to make Interviews an easier Walk-Over for Students
  • Students can do On-the-Job Internships in Companies
  • We will Help Students find Internships by their own efforts
  • We will Post Internship Offers received by us directly – in our Website
  • The Contact Details of Companies will be available only for Registered candidates

Project Work Assistance

  • This is done to make Academic Curriculum Needs easier for Students
  • We will try to Help Students Choose and further their Project Works
  • We will Help Students Prepare a Good Project Report

Helping Students find JOBS all by themselves

  • We will Help Students make a Good CV
